Why Do I Need Title Insurance? Title Insurance is customarily required to sell or mortgage real estate. Sellers are customarily required to provide Title Insurance to their buyers. Borrowers are customarily required to provide Title Insurance to their Lender.
How Do I Obtain Title Insurance? We offer this service as an Agent of Attorneys' Title and Guaranty Fund, Inc. We have been an Agent/Shareholder since its inception in August of 1964. If you are required to provide Title Insurance we will be happy to assist you. You may contact us by completing the online application, email us, or you may simply call us.
What Happens Next? Once the Title Commitment is issued, if requested, we will work directly with you, your Real Estate Agent, or your Lender, if any, in order to close the transaction. In addition to Title Insurance, we offer a complete range of services to Sellers and Buyers. We also provide New Construction Escrow Services, which include lien waiver exams and payouts.
What if the Transaction Doesn't Close? Unless there are special circumstances, we do not charge unless and until the transaction closes.
Do You Close Off-Site? Yes. We are mobile and can close at a customer's home or business.
